Non-returnable items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a refund (G.Points) or replacement, under the following condition:

• The user must provide a video to demonstrate that the product is defective.

• Defects caused by disassembling the product, third-party modifications, neglect, wrongful use, etc.
• Defects caused by normal wear and tear.
• Defects that occurred during the shipping process.
