It is not possible to cancel the order or modify the shipping address after the order is in “packing” status. If you have any problems, please contact us as soon as possible.

🔷When will my parcel be delivered?

Usually, once the order is submitted, the preparation of your order takes place within 5 working days while delivery timing by the courier may change depending on the destination. It could take up to 25 working days. The expected shipping date is a reference to when the shipment may be shipped out.

We'll try to deliver within the specified time frame but in some cases, your delivery may take longer due to high season, temporary order peaks, or unexpected events occurring.
