G.Points are loyalty rewards earned by users of the G.Round service who complete specific actions detailed in the tier list. These G.Points can be redeemed for rewards in the G.Point Store.
🔶 Cancellation
After the ongoing purchase period ends, the order will change from "placed" to "confirmed" in 3 days.
Before the order is "confirmed" and "packed", the user may modify the order details. However, orders can only be cancelled before they are "confirmed" and "packed". Once an order is "confirmed" and "packed", it can no longer be cancelled or modified. If the order is cancelled, the user's G.Points will be fully refunded within 30 days.

All merchandise exchanged in the G.Point Store is not eligible for a warranty.
🔶Import Duties
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that may be due are not included in the shipping and handling costs or charged by us during checkout. These charges will be collected by the carriers upon delivery for certain packages. You are solely responsible for these charges, and we are only charging for transportation-related costs for any orders. Please check with your country's customs office to see what additional import costs, if any, you may incur.
